My sister has Cortico Basal Sydrome an Atypical Parkinson’s and no one knows about it and health professionals need training and we need more support. Also need the option of voluntary assisted dying , but due to neurological issues my sister can no longer make that call. It is heartbreaking just watching her brain deteriorate so she is now needing 24 hour care and non functioning so not living. Cruel for everyone concerned
